• Offer is valid for bookings and stays between 1 December 2025 and 31 December 2026.
• All rates are subject to 8% Sales & Services Tax (SST), and other prevailing government taxes.
• Tourism Tax of MYR 10 per room per night, for non-Malaysian passport holders, will be charged upon check-in.
• Booking may be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival (hotel time).
• Prior reservation is required (at least 24 hours in advance) for bookings at St Gregory spa and Thyme restaurant.
• To make a reservation at St Gregory spa, please call +603 2782 8492, WhatsApp +6012 722 9047, or email stgregory.prckul.panpacific@parkroyalcollection.panpacific.com.panpacific. The spa is open daily from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• To make a reservation at Thyme, please email dining.prckul.panpacific@panpacific.panpacific.com.panpacific, WhatsApp +6010 229 7156, or call +603 2782 8503. The restaurant is open daily from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm (dinner is available from 6:30 pm onwards).
• Offers and savings cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and unused benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Food and beverage saving applies to hotel-operated outlets only.
• Confirmation is subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply.
