Terms and Conditions

• Offer is valid for bookings made from 28 June 2026 to 28 December 2026, with stays from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026.
• Reservations for this package must be made at least three (3) days before the arrival date.
• Booking may be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival (hotel time).
• Prior reservation will be required for massage in St Gregory Spa
• Food and beverage savings apply at hotel-operated outlets only.
• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and unused benefits cannot be exchanged for cash. 
• All rates are subject to 8% Sales & Services Tax (SST), and other prevailing government taxes.
• Tourism Tax of MYR 10 per room per night, for non-Malaysian passport holders, will be charged upon check-in.
• Room confirmation will be subject to availability and black-out dates may apply.
• Hotel reserved the right to change or discontinue any inclusions without prior notice.
