Prepare to be whisked away on a journey of tantalising tastes as the king of crustaceans is presented in a variety of thoughtfully crafted dishes. From the fragrant Sarawak White Pepper Lobster and velvety Langoustine Parmesan Wheel Risotto to the comforting Lobster Bisque and punchy Indonesian Lobster Curry, each dish offers its own expression of flavour. Visiting on the weekend? Look forward to exclusive additions including the luxurious Uni and Australian Lobster Tartare and the aromatic Chinese-style Moutai Flambéed Lobster with Glass Noodles.

For a taste of how the ocean's bounty harmonises with the smokey flavours of the fire, head on over to the live BBQ lobster station for servings of Boston Lobster Thermidor and Flame-grilled Rock Lobster. Sizzling and served straight from the wood-fired Josper grill, each delicious flame-kissed bite of the sweet and mildly briny meat will bring to mind memories of the sea. 

Beyond the lobster highlights, the spread is complemented by a host of other speciality dishes, including Singapore Chilli Crab Meat, Braised Smoked Duck and Chef Alvin Leong’s Signature Beef Short Rib Rendang. At the live carving station, enjoy freshly prepared Grilled Spice-Crusted Beef Ribs and Crispy Roast Pork Porchetta, rounding out a dining experience designed for both variety and indulgence.

Amidst the array of indulgent offerings, the seafood bar beckons with a refreshing selection of chilled ocean delights. Delight in Tiger Prawns, Korean Snow Crabs and, of course, Boston Lobsters, served ice-cold to preserve their natural freshness. Enjoy them as they are, or elevate each bite with a choice of accompaniments—from Nam Jim, Mignonette and Garlic Aioli—each designed to complement and enhance their delicate flavours.
