Terms and Conditions
- Valid for new Residential Meetings booked by 30 September 2026, for events held by 31 December 2027.
- Valid for meetings with a minimum booking of 10 materialised rooms per night and a minimum of 20 people on a Day Delegate Package.
- Please speak to our Meetings & Events representative for your best available discounted accommodation rate.
- Minimum spends apply and differ per function room.
- Refer to the hotel proposal for full Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
- Not valid for existing bookings and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Prices are subject to prevailing taxes and service charges.
- Rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
- Payments made by credit card will incur a surcharge.
- *Discount applies to the next event held at the same hotel within 12 months of the current contract date.
- **One in every 25 rooms is eligible for a complimentary night, up to a maximum of 3 rooms.
- ***(Earned) DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) are capped at SGD100,000 in eligible revenue per event and will be awarded after the event once full payment has been received.
