Crafted by the Sous Chef Wayne, this season’s winter menu is guided by his love of warm, comforting and flavour-forward cooking. Inspired by seasonal produce and dishes he personally enjoys eating, the menu is built on the belief that good food is meant to be shared.
Drawing on both his Asian cooking background and the Middle Eastern influences shared with Executive Head Chef Josh, the menu brings together earthy, umami-rich flavours designed to feel familiar, balanced and satisfying throughout the cooler season.
At its heart, the menu is centred around simple, approachable food made for sharing - dishes designed to bring people together and leave guests feeling comforted, like a warm hug.
