- All amendments and cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- Merchant Service Fee applies to all credit card transactions.
- Your room reservation requires a credit card guarantee subject to the cancel/deposit policy. Accepted cards: AMEX, DINERS, MASTERCARD and VISA.
- Please note that a merchant service fee of 1.25% for Visa/MasterCard/AMEX and 3% for Diners/JCB will be applied to all credit card payments.
- Cancellation penalty of the full accommodation stay will be charged if reservation is cancelled 30 days out from arrival.
- Credit Card Pre-Authorisation require for the total room rate payable plus $50 per night. After account settlement, any remaining funds will be returned between 5-10 working days.
