Terms and Conditions
- Offer valid for booking from 30 May 2025 to 30 August 2025 and stay from 6 June to 30 August 2025.
- Full prepayment is required and reservation is non-refundable.
- Vouchers are issued only to guests who purchase the Room with Durian Package.
- One voucher is issued per paying guest unless otherwise specified in the promotion.
- Vouchers are redeemable only at the durian booth within the hotel premises.Vouchers are valid only during the stated stay period.
- Each voucher is valid for a single redemption, with a one-hour limit of durian feast per redemption.
- Redemption allows for takeaway or immediate consumption at the booth’s location but consumption within the building’s open areas is not permitted.
- Durian redemption is on a first come, first serve basis.
- Durian type availability is subject to the vendor booth’s offer.
- Guests who present their room key card will receive a special discount on the durian feast. This applies to guests after they have redeemed their voucher and to those who did not purchase the package.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced. Guests are responsible for keeping their vouchers safe until redemption.
- Any form of tampering, duplication, or misuse of vouchers will render them void. The hotel reserves the right to take appropriate action, including refusal of service.
- The hotel reserves the right to alter, amend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Standard reservation cancellation policies apply unless otherwise stated for this promotion.
- Rates are subject to Tourism Tax of MYR10 and RM3 for Penang Local Government Fee per room per night (chargeable upon check in).
- Subject to 10% service charge and 8% Sales and Services Tax.
- Offer and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or rates, and unused benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
