A TASTE OF HERITAGE AT THE CAFÉ

Curated by Chef Kephorn and her talented culinary team, the buffet experience and Nyonya Tiffin Set at The Café are among the highlights of the celebration. Each weekend features a rotating theme inspired by Penang’s multicultural heritage—showcasing Malay, Nyonya, street hawker and Chinese influences that bring diners on a delicious journey through time.

  • Week 1 (4–6 July): Nasi Kandar & Teh Tarik : Gurney Bay Pasembor (Live Stall), Ayam Bawang, Daging Masak Hitam, Squid Curry, Vadai, Apom, and assorted Indian sweets.
  • Week 2 (11–13 July): Nyonya Style : Penang Popiah Basah (Live Stall), Nasi Ulam, Fish Head Curry, Chicken Pong Teh, Inchi Kabin, Kueh Ketayap, and Bubur Cha Cha.
  • Week 3 (18–20 July): Penang Hawker Favourites : Asam Laksa, Pai Tee (Live Stall), Ikan Bakar, Oyster Omelette, Rojak Mamak, Muar Chee, and Pani Puri.
  • Week 4 (25–27 July): Cantonese Classics : Peking Duck (Live Stall), Steamed Red Snapper Qi-lin Style, Kung Pao Prawns, Radish Cake, and Chilled Mango Pomelo.Prices

Available Daily 7 – 31 July 2025 | 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM

RM36 nett per set, portioned for one person.

  • Set 1: Prawn Curry Delight : Prawn Curry with Okra & Eggplant, Sautéed Cabbage, Blue Pea Rice, Teh Tarik & Ondeh-Ondeh.
  • Set 2: Nasi Ulam with Fried Chicken : Herbed Rice with Inchi Kabin, Sambal Petai Long Beans, Bandung Rose & Sago Gula Melaka.
  • Set 3: Nyonya Asam Fish : Asam Gerang Siakap, Pandan Rice, Nyonya Chap Chye, Iced Cincau & Tongsui with Snow Fungus.
