Parking
For self-parking, hotel guests can access discounted parking rates at the Melbourne Airport T123 Terminal Car Park (on-site) and Jetport Airport Parking (off-site). For the discounted on-site hotel rate, guests should park in the T123 Terminal Car Park and arrange parking validation with the hotel. Melbourne Airport is introducing new Pick Up and Drop Off arrangements for Terminals 1, 2 and 3 from 6 October 2026. Guests travelling to PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the updated airport road network before arriving.

The SkyBus Melbourne City Express operates daily between Melbourne Airport and Southern Cross Station in Melbourne’s city centre, with regular services throughout the day.
SkyBus stops are located outside Terminals 1, 3 and 4. From the terminals, PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport can be reached via the hotel’s direct pedestrian connections.

Taxis/Uber
From 6 October 2026, taxis, Uber and other rideshare services dropping passengers at Terminals 1, 2 and 3 will use the new Level 3 Drop Off zone in the T123 Transport Hub. Taxi and rideshare pick-ups will continue from the ground-level airport forecourt.
Hotel guests can access PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport directly from the terminal precinct via the Level 2 pedestrian skybridges or through the T123 Car Park on the Ground Floor.

PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is directly connected to Melbourne Airport’s domestic and international terminals.
From Terminals 1, 2 and 3, guests can access the hotel via two pedestrian skybridges on Level 2, providing convenient, fully undercover transfers between the terminals and hotel.
Ground Floor access also remains available through the T123 Car Park via the dedicated PARKROYAL lifts.
