With over 15 years of experience in Melbourne's most prestigious hotels and restaurants, Punit brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to our culinary team. He is passionate about using the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients to craft innovative and delicious dishes that delight and surprise our guests.

Punit's culinary achievements are numerous and impressive, including winning the San Pellegrino Young Chef of the Year award in 2015 and being named Time Out Magazine's Chef of the Year in 2016.
