Terms and Conditions for the Long Stay rates:

• Credit card guarantee required at time of booking.
• No cancellations or amendments within 72 hours of arrival
• Full pre-payment applied 72 hours prior to arrival date.
• Booking must be for 7 consecutive nights or more, up to 29 nights. Or Booking must be for 30 consecutive nights or more.
• Shortening of stays when booking is for 8 or more nights will incur 1 nights cancellation fee; if shortening stay less than 7 days 100% cancellation fee applies.
  Or Shortening of stays when booking is for 31 or more nights will incur 1 nights cancellation fee; if shortening stay less than 30 days 100% cancellation fee applies.
• Servicing of room will be every 3 days, to be coordinated on arrival.
• No further discounts apply, cannot be combined with any other offer.
• Not available for group bookings.
• Rates are in AUD and inclusive of GST.
• A merchant service fee 1.25% for American Express, Visa, MasterCard and 3% for Diners and JCB will be applied to all credit card payments.
