We offer a newly designed package perfect for hosting car events in Sydney of up to 6 vehicles, starting from AUD1500. We provide a wide range of services to make your car show as successful as possible, including catering, lighting and venue hire. In addition, we have a car dolly available to assist with manoeuvring vehicles into the Governor’s Ballroom.

Included In This Package
- Car ramp can hold maximum of 3 tonnes (weight must be distributed evenly).
- Maximum width of 2 metres and height of 2.6 metres.
- Staff onsite to assist with guiding the vehicle in and out of the hotel.
- Hotel has insurance to cover public liability.
- Pricing starts from AUD1500 hire fee plus event costs.

- Minimum numbers and spends apply .
- Rates are quoted in AUD and include GST.
- Cost does not include additional permits that may be required.
A merchant service fee of 1.25% for American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay will be applied to all credit card payments.
