    Follow the aroma and you’ll find us, bringing to the streets a traditional South American–style open-fire BBQ, featuring smoky choripán, sizzling asado cuts, and more over the flames. Pair it with spicy margaritas by Espolòn Tequila, smooth Pisco Sangria by Parramatta Distilling Co, Aperol spritz and more, crafted so authentically by our talented bartenders that you’ll feel like you’ve traveled far, far away. To our South American friends, it’ll feel right at home!

    Purchase any item and join the Chancla Toss for a chance to win a free glass of Pisco Sangria! The game will be available at BAR30 & Parrilla and at the BAR30 & Bistro indoor bar.

    Feel the rhythm with "PARRANDA DOWN UNDER" presented by Garcia Entertainment which delivers live Latin DJs, and salsa classes so you can dance the night away. Eat, sip, and celebrate in true Latino style!

    The Viewing Deck

    BAR30 & Bistro outdoor deck is the perfect viewing deck for all the action at the Latin Quarter. With the DJ booth perched on the deck and street dancers roaming from the streets up to the deck, BAR30 & Bistro offers the ideal spot to slow down and soak it all in. Don’t worry! Boogieing will still be happening, but with comfortable seating available for when you need a little breather.


    Taking it up a notch, our neighbour Parramatta Distiling Co, Parramatta’s first-ever and award-winning distillery, will be taking over BAR30 & Bistro with an exclusive pop-up, serving the locals’ finest vodka, gin, and whisky. Manned by the Parramatta Distilling Co team, you’ll get to chat with them and maybe even get in on a few secret recipes!

    Nik and Sam

    Wherever the flames are, Head Chef Nik is working them. On the nights, you’ll find Nik behind the open-fire BBQ, cooking up a storm. As for Sam, you’ll probably catch him shaking cocktails, serving drinks, and hosting you at the chanclas toss!

    Freddy, Samuel and Ricardo

    Freddy is the guy who’ll slide a cocktail across the bar before you’ve even asked for it. You’ll probably catch Samuel mid-shake, mixing up cocktails, and if your glass is empty, he’ll make sure it doesn’t stay that way for long. Ricardo brings the heat to the bar, he’s got your vibe covered and might even sneak in a round of the Chancla Toss between drinks.

    Nik and Sam
