Prepare to be whisked away on a journey of tantalising tastes as the king of crustaceans is presented in a variety of thoughtfully crafted dishes. From the fragrant Sarawak White Pepper Lobster to the aromatic Lobster Claypot Biryani, comforting Lobster Bisque and the delicate Chinese-style Boston Lobster with Glass Noodles, each dish offers its own expression of flavour. Continue the experience with the velvety goodness of the Lobster Claw Parmesan Wheel Risotto, or opt for the California Lobster Roll for a delicate yet satisfying bite.

For a taste of how the ocean's bounty harmonises with the smokey flavours of the fire, head on over to the live BBQ lobster station, where you can enjoy servings of Boston Lobster Thermidor and Grilled Marinated Rock Lobster. Sizzling and served straight from the wood-fired Josper grill, each delicious flame-kissed bite of the sweet and mildly briny meat will bring to mind memories of the sea.

Amidst the array of indulgent offerings, the seafood bar beckons with a refreshing selection of chilled ocean delights. Delight in Tiger Prawns, Snow Crabs and, of course, Boston Lobsters, served ice-cold to preserve their natural freshness.
