Every Saturday from 12.30pm to 3pm, Mosella invites you to join us for our Mediterranean Buffet Brunch. This season’s culinary journey spotlights the refined flavours of France, featuring a decadent lineup of artisanal cheeses, coastal classics like saffron seafood bouillabaisse and Champagne-seared scallops, hearty favourites such as duck confit parmentier and cassoulet de Toulouse, alongside Mediterranean crowd-pleasers such as grilled Atlantic lobster eggs benedict, pan-seared duck foie gras and crispy escargot croquettes. Round off the experience by indulging in classic French desserts like violet and cassis opera cake and tarte au citron meringuée.
