A San Sebastian native, Executive Chef Pedro Samper has honed his skills over two decades in Michelin-starred kitchens across dynamic cities like Hong Kong, Japan and Spain. Now, for the first time in Singapore, he takes the helm at Pan Pacific Orchard, leading a team of talented international chefs to curate delectably memorable gastronomic experiences for guests.
