Mosella’s Saturday Mediterranean Brunch offers a vibrant dining experience, beginning with an abundant selection of tapas, freshly shucked oysters, charcuterie, and artisanal cheeses.

Guests can enjoy live stations featuring Josper-grilled meats, fresh seafood, and Spanish paella prepared to order, bringing the flavours and warmth of the Mediterranean to life.

The experience concludes with an indulgent dessert selection, including one of Singapore’s largest cheese-inspired showcases and Valrhona chocolate raclette served with warm Spanish churros.

Available every Saturday from 12.30pm to 3.00pm, the brunch is priced at $98++ per adult (U.P. $128++) and $64++ for children aged 8–12, and limited slots are available.

The brunch experience is complemented by three free-flow beverage packages, all including Singapore’s first free-flow Frosé.

• Tercero ($65++) features Mediterranean wines, sparkling wine, White Port & Tonic, and Aperol Spritz.
• Segundo ($95++) adds Taittinger Brut Réserve NV Champagne and Gin & Tonic.
• Primero ($105++) offers Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve NV Champagne alongside the full selection of Mediterranean beverages.
