Meet the Deputy Wine Director

Celine Jung

Hailing from South Korea, Celine Jung serves as Deputy Wine Director at Park90 Group and holds the prestigious title of Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. Celine’s wine journey began at The Ritz-Carlton, Seoul, where her passion and dedication led her to the role of Head Sommelier in 2016. The following year, she advanced to Chief Sommelier and Beverage Manager at Le Méridien Seoul, further honing her expertise in luxury hospitality and fine wine curation.She is named the winner of the Lafite Rothschild Special Prize (2013), First Runner-Up for Best Sommelier in French Wine in Korea (2016), Best Sommelier of French Wine Singapore (2020), and most notably, Best Sommelier in Singapore (2023)—an honor that made her the first female champion in Singapore.


Since joining Park90 in 2019, Celine has spearheaded the Park90 Membership Program, curating bespoke wine experiences that reflect her global perspective and passion for building a vibrant wine community. Looking ahead, she aspires to achieve the prestigious title of Korea’s first female Master Sommelier.

Meet the Head Sommelier

Terry Lim

Originally from Malaysia, Terry began his career in fine dining, honing his expertise as a sommelier at Le Mout (Relais & Chateaux) in Taichung for two years before joining Park90 in 2019. Now serving as Head Sommelier, he brings extensive experience in wine list curation and restaurant food pairing.Terry holds Certified Sommelier status from the Court of Master Sommeliers, along with French Wine Scholar (FWS) and Spanish Wine Scholar (SWS) certifications. Currently pursuing the WSET Diploma, he aims to achieve the Advanced Sommelier (AS) title before turning 32.

At Park90, Terry continues to refine his craft, expanding his knowledge and sharing his passion for exceptional wines with guests.

Meet the Sommelier

Zheng Zhe Khor

Zheng Zhe is from Malaysia. After graduating with Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Management he started working as a bartender at Eastern & Oriental Hotel, Penang back in his hometown. It was at this point that wines started to caught his interest in particular as he was exposed to a wide range of beverages while he was working behind the bar. After completing his WSET Level 2 in Wines in 2021, he feels that he would love to keep on pursuing in this direction.

In January 2022, he joined Park90 as a sommelier and he wish to widen his knowledge in the world of beverage and ultimately sharing the experience with other people.

Meet the Sommelier

Nancy Huang

Nancy was born and raised in Taipei,Taiwan. Shortly in less than a year after she graduated from the university, she discovered her passion for the F&B industry.Nancy worked at Morton’s Steakhouse in Taipei formerly five years, gaining service experience while also passing WSET Level 2.

To broaden her horizons, she worked as a server in a fine dining restaurant in London, where she observed how a sommelier can upgrade the dining experience of guests.

Her sommelier journey starts from Park90 since 2023 and she achieved Certified Sommelier by Court of Master Sommelier in 2024.She will continue to learn and try to impress the guests with her passion for wine.

Meet the Sommelier

Ray Aw

Originally from Malaysia, Ray began his journey in the F&B industry with over a decade of experience, transitioning from barista to bartender before discovering a passion for wine at The Wine and Gourmet Friends in 2018. Ray earned a WSET Level 2 certification in 2021, followed by Level 3 in 2023. He also achieved the Certified Sommelier title by Court of Master Sommelier in 2025. He wishes to learn more knowledge and experience from the industry seniors by returning the best to the industry.

Meet the Wine Consultant

Charlotte Lim

Charlotte began her journey in the F&B Industry during the pandemic in Singapore, where she found huge passion towards wine. It was only in 2024 that she took a decisive step toward wine, pursuing wine education in Bordeaux, France, where she earned her Diplôme de Conseiller en Sommellerie. Now based at Park 90, her next goal is to achieve the Introductory Sommelier certification and continue growing within the global wine community.

Celine Jung
