Meet the Deputy Wine Director

Celine Jung

Celine Jung, Deputy Wine Director at Park90 Group, is an Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. She began her journey at The Ritz-Carlton, Seoul, rising to Head Sommelier, before advancing to Chief Sommelier and Beverage Manager at Le Méridien Seoul. Her accolades include Best Sommelier of French Wine Singapore (2020) and Best Sommelier in Singapore (2023), where she became the first female champion.

Since joining Park90 in 2019, she has led the Park90 Membership Program, curating bespoke wine experiences shaped by a global perspective and a passion for building a vibrant wine community, with aspirations to become Korea’s first female Master Sommelier.

Meet the Head Sommelier

Terry Lim

Originally from Malaysia, Terry is Head Sommelier at Park90, bringing a strong foundation in fine dining from his time at Le Mout in Taichung. Since joining in 2019, he has played a key role in wine list curation and thoughtful food pairings.

A Certified Sommelier with French and Spanish Wine Scholar certifications, Terry is currently pursuing his WSET Diploma and Advanced Sommelier title, continually refining his craft while sharing his passion for exceptional wines with guests.

Meet the Sommelier

Zheng Zhe Khor

Originally from Malaysia, Zheng Zhe began his career as a bartender at Eastern & Oriental Hotel in Penang, where his interest in wines first took shape. After completing his WSET Level 2 in Wines in 2021, he decided to further pursue his passion in the field.

He joined Park90 as a sommelier in 2022, with a focus on deepening his knowledge and sharing his growing appreciation for wine with guests.

Meet the Sommelier

Nancy Huang

Born and raised in Taipei, Nancy discovered her passion for the F&B industry shortly after graduation, gaining valuable experience at Morton’s Steakhouse while completing her WSET Level 2. A stint in London further shaped her perspective, where she saw how sommeliers elevate the dining experience.

She joined Park90 in 2023 and attained her Certified Sommelier qualification with the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2024. Nancy continues to refine her craft, sharing her passion for wine with every guest interaction.

Ray Aw

Originally from Malaysia, Ray brings over a decade of F&B experience, transitioning from barista to bartender before discovering his passion for wine in 2018. He has since earned his WSET Level 2 and 3 certifications, along with the Certified Sommelier title from the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2025.

At Park90, Ray continues to deepen his knowledge under the guidance of industry mentors, with a commitment to refining his craft and giving back to the wine community.

Charlotte Lim

Charlotte began her journey in the F&B industry in Singapore, where she discovered a deep passion for wine. In 2024, she further pursued her craft in Bordeaux, earning her Diplôme de Conseiller en Sommellerie.

Now based at Park90, she continues to grow within the global wine community, with her next goal set on achieving the Introductory Sommelier certification.
