Terms and conditions
- Valid for booking dates up to 07 September 2026.
- Valid for stay dates from 07 October 2026 to 09 October 2026.
- For cancellations done between 31 to 15 days prior to arrival date, a penalty equivalent to 1 night of accommodation charge will be applicable.
- For cancellations done 14 days prior to arrival date, a penalty equivalent to 100% of accommodation charge will be applicable.
- In the event of any inconsistency, the cancellation policy outlined on this page shall prevail over the individual booking confirmation issued to the guest.
- The credit card used for the booking will be charged for any cancellation or no-show fees and must match the booker’s identification.
- A Pre-Authorisation of $100 AUD will be taken on check in for Incidentals.
- All Chargebacks must be arranged prior to check-in; the hotel will not accept any request after check in date.
