• Inclusions cannot be exchanged for cash or credit of any kind. 
• The Hotel accepts all electronic card transactions. A merchant service fee will apply to all credit card payments. The fee is 1.25% for all accepted cards. Cash and EFTPOS transactions do not incur this fee.
