Terms and conditions

• Valid for bookings made from 30 August 2019 until 31 March 2020, for stays from 30 August 2019 until 31 December 2020.
• Reservation is fully flexible and can be cancelled up until 4:00pm on day of arrival.
• Complimentary late check-out is subject to availability upon day of departure. Please contact our Front Office one day prior to check-out for confirmation.
• Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
• 25% savings is not valid during special events including Melbourne Cup, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Eve and any other promotion offered in our restaurants and bars.
  
• A Merchant Service Fee of 0.99% for Alipay, 1.25% for Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Union Pay, and 3% for Diners and JCB will be applied to all credit card payments. 
• No penalty will be incurred for cancellations on bookings made directly through our website, panpacific.com/perth or through online travel agents until 30 June 2020.
