From 27 July to 1 August, UMA invites guests to celebrate the vibrant flavours and rich culinary heritage of Peru with a week-long dining experience inspired by Peruvian Independence.
For a limited time, UMA's signature set menu will feature two iconic Peruvian dishes, specially curated to honour the occasion:
• Ceviche Chalaquita
• Lomo Saltado
On Friday 31 July, guests can also enjoy an immersive cultural experience with traditional Peruvian dancers and live musicians, bringing the sights, sounds and energy of Peru to the heart of Perth.
