Air-Conditioning Notes:

1. Type of Air-Conditioning System
Our property operates on a 2-pipe system, which enables either heating or cooling depending on the season, but not simultaneously.

2. Activation Upon Entry
The air-conditioning is automatically activated when a guest enters the room. Each controller is equipped with a motion sensor, eliminating the need for manual activation.

3. Operation During Stay
Once activated, the unit remains on throughout the stay unless manually adjusted by the guest.

     o When the guest leaves the room, the system will shift to low speed mode with a temperature setback after 40 minutes to support energy efficiency.         o This is not controlled by a key card, but rather by a motion sensor.

Please note, this functionality cannot be disabled on an individual room basis.

4. Temperature Range
Guests can set the in room temperature within a range of 18 to 27 degrees celsius.
