Q: What are the operating hours of the hotel swimming pool?
A: The swimming pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Q: What is the last time I can enter the pool for swimming?
A: The last bather entry time is 8:30 PM, allowing guests a comfortable half-hour to enjoy the pool before closing at 9:00 PM.

Q: Are there any restrictions on food and drinks around the pool area?
A: For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that no food or drinks be consumed in the swimming pool area.

Q: Can I bring my own beverages or snacks to the pool?
A: To maintain cleanliness and safety standards, no food and drinks are not permitted in the pool area.

Q: Are there any exceptions to the food and drink policy?
A: We appreciate your understanding that this policy applies to all guests to ensure a pleasant and hygienic environment at all times.

Q: Can I use the pool outside of the designated hours?
A: The pool is accessible from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. Unfortunately, access outside of these hours is not permitted for safety and maintenance reasons.

Q: Is there a lifeguard on duty at the pool?
A: For your safety, there is no lifeguard on duty. We kindly remind all guests to swim responsibly and supervise children at all times.

A: Yes, complimentary towels are available at the pool reception for your convenience. Please return them to the designated areas after use.

Q: Can children use the pool unaccompanied?
A: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while using the pool facilities.

Q: Is there a dress code for using the pool?
A: To ensure everyone's comfort, appropriate swimwear is required while using the pool. Please refrain from wearing street clothes or shoes in the pool.

Q: Can I reserve poolside chairs or cabanas?
A: Poolside chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly ask that you do not reserve chairs by leaving personal belongings unattended for extended periods.
