Rates Policy

All rates are subject to 6% Sales & Service Tax (SST) and Heritage Tax of MYR2 per room, per night. A Tourism Tax of MYR10 per room, per night for foreign passport holders will be collected upon check-in.

Child Policy

A maximum of two children under 12 years old are allowed to share the room without additional charges using existing bedding.

For guests aged 12 and above staying in PARKROYAL Club Rooms, Premier Suite, and PARKROYAL Suite, exclusive access to the Club Lounge is granted for both breakfast and evening cocktails.

Rollway Beds

Rollaway beds cannot be accommodated in the room, except for the Premier Suite and PARKROYAL Suite. However, in these specific suites, a rollaway bed may be arranged at an additional charge of MYR180++ per room, per night, subject to availability.

Buffet breakfast at Spice Brasserie is at MYR70 nett per adult and MYR42 nett per child (aged 6 to 12 years old).
