Our parking facility, conveniently situated on Level B2, offers secure and convenient access for our valued guests. To enhance your convenience, we provide self-parking at a nightly rate of AUD25. The covered parking area has a height clearance of 2.1 meters. During check-out, you can conveniently settle the parking payment at the reception.

 Upon arrival, our dedicated hotel staff will provide you with a QR code that grants you multiple access to the carpark throughout your stay. This QR code can also be used for exiting the carpark. 

To access the hotel reception, please park at M-City carpark and proceed to enter the hotel through either the Ground Floor entrance or the B1 entrance. 

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to enter the Level B2 carpark after obtaining the QR code from Reception: 

• Enter the hotel car park via the Princess Highway entry. 
• Use your QR code on the reader at the car park entrance to open the boom gate on the ground level and gain entry to B1. 
• Follow the red line on the ground at the bottom of the ramp to reach B2, which will guide you to the hotel's car park. 
• Use your QR code on the reader at the B1 boom gate to access B2. 
• Once on B2, continue following the red line to the 'Hotel Parking' boom gates. 
• Scan your QR code on the 'Hotel Parking' boom gate for access. 
• Feel free to park in any available bay. 

To access the PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne guest lift, proceed behind the electric vehicle charging station and bike racks. You will need your card-key to enter the lift lobby and press the buttons for the upper floors.
