PARKROYAL Ballroom offers three versatile spaces ideal for exclusive events, conferences, and exhibitions. Guests are welcomed through grand wooden doors into a 393-square-metre pillarless venue, enhanced by warm earthy tones and striking modern pendant lighting.

Designed to accommodate a wide range of occasions—from elegant weddings to large-scale conferences—the ballroom is equipped with cutting-edge audio-visual technology. Each room features inbuilt screens, projectors, LCD monitors, speakers, and digital signage, all intuitively controlled via touchpad panels.

A notable design highlight is the inclusion of the locally designed Gallery Chairs, originally created for the National Gallery of Victoria. With their bold black mesh upholstery and sculptural form, the chairs subtly elevate the space, complementing the ballroom’s curved architecture and native Australian design elements.
