Check-in and check-out

• A booking deposit of S$500 will be required to make a reservation unless guaranteed by a Company.
  
• Any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival date is subject to a booking deposit of S$500 being forfeited or imposed on the Company.

Terms and conditions

• Any extension of stay is subject to availability and revision of rates.
• Advance payment and security deposit is required prior to check-in.
• Please note that we do not accept reservations made by virtual cards. 
• Other miscellaneous costs such as (but not limited to) laundry, breakfast, transportation, newspapers and international call charges will be charged separately and are not included in the fees.
• In the event that the arrival date is later than the confirmed commencement date, the stay period shall still commence as stated above.
• Early termination of stay is not allowed.
• Maximum number of "permitted occupants" is two to a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite, three to a One Bedroom Premium Suite, four to a Two Bedroom Deluxe Suite and four to a Two Bedroom Premium Suite.
