Area Director of Restaurants, Bars and Events
Pan Pacific Singapore
Reporting to Pan Pacific Area Operations and General Manager of Pan Pacific Singapore, you will be responsible for directing, leading and managing of Restaurant, Bars and Events Division as well as establishing key performance objectives and plans to meet business targets and drive sustainable, profitable growth. Actively participate in the strategic marketing approach including the development and implementation of the annual and monthly promotions calendar.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Over 10 years of leadership experience in 5 star international hotel.
- Diploma or Degree from a recognized hospitality / tertiary institution.
- Experience in managing multiple high volume restaurants and bars and large-scaled catering/banqueting operations
