Job responsibilities

• Ensuring highest quality and standard of food served
• Menu Planning
• Quality Control before operations
• Perform training programmes (theoretical and practical) for cooks and trainees
• Responsible for all ingredients requisition
• Hygiene and sanitation for all food items and equipments
• Proper sorting and storage of all food items
• In charge of controlling and maintaining top quality in food production.
• Ensure that buffet line is always set-up and replenish on time
• Be responsible for the cleanliness of the Kitchen
 


Job requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate in Food Preparation/Culinary Arts or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Perform tasks independently or with minimum supervision
• Possesses a full understanding Kitchen Operations
• Demonstrate a good working relationship with other departments with a high level of communication and co-operation
• Preferably Executive Level specializing in International/Local/Western/Chinese cuisines
