Job responsibilities

• Ensure all operating equipment are clean and is in working condition
• Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained
• Established attentiveness to all guests’ requests and take necessary action to ensure guest satisfaction
• All set-up duties in the assigned work station and side duties are completed before end of each shift
• Relates all guests’ feedback to immediate superior
• Good beverage preparation knowledge
• Sound knowledge in food hygiene
• Practice suggestive selling
• Perform any general duties instructed by immediate supervisors

Job requirements

  • Preferably 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Perform tasks independently or with minimum supervision
  • Demonstrate a good working relationship with other departments
