Studio Deluxe

Penthouse kaze
Escape into your own world in the 113 sq metre large penthouse named ‘Kaze’ (wind), one of the elements that make up the traditional concept of ‘Kacho Fugetsu’ (Flowers, Birds, Wind and Moon). Facing the east, its floor-ceiling height windows welcome the sunrise, while looking out to breathtaking views of the city skyline.
Penthouse tori (duplex)
The maisonette-style ‘Tori’ (bird) offers a spacious 186 sq metres of living space, and derives its name from the traditional Japanese concept of ‘Kacho Fugetsu’ (Flowers, Birds, Wind and Moon). The spacious design features living areas with atrium cutaways, while the bedrooms and living room are situated on different floors for flexibility and privacy.
Penthouse hana (duplex)
‘Hana’ (flower) is a 184 sq metre maisonette penthouse which derives its name from the traditional Japanese concept of ‘Kacho Fugetsu’ (Flowers, Birds, Wind and Moon). Facing the northwest, the corner duplex boasts a spacious living room with a bright atrium cutaway, while floor-ceiling height windows offer a spectacular evening view of the surrounding cityscape.
