Minimum Age for Check-in

Guests must be 18 years of age to check-in to the hotel.

Child Policy

Extra bed for children under 12 years available free of charge, permitting room type booked can accommodate an extra bed. Baby cots are complimentary but are subject to availability.

Rollaway Beds

Rollaway beds can be placed in selected room categories, Executive and above at an additional GBP60 per room, per night (room only, subject to availability).

Baby Cot/Crib Hire

Complimentary upon request (subject to availability).

Airport Shuttle

Valet Parking

Valet parking can be organised at £85 per 24 hours in a secure car park. Please speak with our Concierge team in advance to arrange this service.

Payment Types

The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Union Pay. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. Guarantee/Deposit policies may vary by rate, please check individual rates for specific guarantee/deposit policy. For pre-paid reservations the same credit car used must be presented at check-in.


The hotel has step free access, accessible-friendly guestrooms and restrooms, and lift access on every floor.


All areas of the hotel are non-smoking including use of e-cigarettes and vapes. Any evidence of this policy being breached will result in a £200 deep cleaning fee being applied to the bill on departure.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled by 6pm (local time) 1 day prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of 1 night's stay including taxes. Cancellation policies may vary by rate, please check individual rates for specific cancellation policy. A no-show fee of 1 night's stay will apply.

Pet Policy

We welcome one dog or cat per room no larger than 15kg and a £60 deep cleaning fee is applied. Two dogs or cats can be accommodated in our Premier Double Double and higher room categories.
