We all know the importance of a good night’s rest, which is why we have curated a Happy Sleepers Programme designed to ease you into peaceful slumber. Specially for Platinum and Titanium DISCOVERY members, Happy Sleepers comprises three main pillars - Bedding Collection, Slumber Supper and Sleep Enhancers. Both complimentary and chargeable, the programme features a host of well-thought out options that will have you in dreamland in no time.

Sleep Enhancers

A good bedtime routine is essential for quality sleep. As part of our Happy Sleepers programme, we offer four Sleep Enhancer elements to get you started: Bath Spa Experience, Turndown Service, Yoga Wellness Concierge and Read to Sleep. Bath and Spa Experience Research shows that a warm bath before bed helps to relax the body and promote better sleep. Pick from three complimentary aromatherapy bath soak options - Dindi Natural Bubble Bath, Appelles Bath Caviar and Balmain Bath Salts. Complete the experience with a glass of bubbly or wine of choice, paired with strawberries. Our Bath Butler Service is available in our Panoramic Suites, Yarra Suites and Pacific Club Rooms from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, daily. For full enjoyment, let us know at least 2 hours in advance, and allow at least 30 minutes for preparation. Turndown Service Your room is turned into a tranquil sanctuary at bedtime with complimentary Dindi Naturals mists that will calm your mind. The room is also lightly refreshed, with the lighting adjusted and bed prepared for a comfortable sleep. Yoga and Wellness Concierge. Prime your body for sleep with meditation and bedtime yoga. The Happy Sleepers guidebook will show you how to ease into five yoga poses: Waterfall, Happy Baby, Twisted Root, Butterfly and Child’s Pose. A soothing meditation playlist is also offered, featuring your choice of music-only tracks or male and female voice narrations. Our Wellness Concierge offers a wide range of complimentary and paid workouts for all fitness levels. Workouts are easy to purchase through the in-room TVs, as simple as ordering a movie. Read to Sleep. Studies show that reading before bed can reduce stress and help you sleep. Switch off your electronic devices and soft up with a curated selection of books. Pick from titles such as Australian Dreamscapes, Park and Gardens of Melbourne, as well as The Kangaroo of Humpty Doo and We are Matilda's to keep the little ones engaged before bedtime.
