Getting Here

Getting from the airport to Pan Pacific Melbourne:

The Skybus express bus service operates a route between Melbourne Airport and Southern Cross Station (bus bay #75). A taxi can then be taken to Pan Pacific Melbourne's entrance. Alternatively, a short walk and tram journey – using the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) stop – will also connect you from the hotel to Southern Cross Station.

The Skybus operates from 4:00 am to 1:00 am, every 15 minutes, seven days a week including public holidays. Travel time is approximately 30-40 minutes. Adult fares are AUD22 one-way and AUD34 for return. Tickets can be purchased online at https://www.skybus.com.au/fares/, from self-serve kiosks located at the train station or airport terminals (no cash payments are available), or via the Skybus app. Advance ticket purchase not required.

Getting around with Melbourne's public transport:

We have a wide network of trams available within close proximity that allows easy access to wider areas of Melbourne. 

Tram 109 and 96 will take you to attractions such as St Kilda, Bourke Street Mall and IMAX Melbourne Museum. 
Tram 70 will take you to a few of our iconic arenas, including the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and Rod Laver Arena. 
Tram 70 and 75 will take you to Waterfront City, Docklands and Melbourne Star Observation Wheel. Alternatively, Tram 75 will transport you to Bridge Road in Richmond for a unique shopping adventure. 
Tram 35 is the Melbourne City Circle tram which operates in a circular route passing through major tourist destinations within the city.
