This group masterclass in UMA Restaurant combines the expertise of our talented mixologists with a variety of traditional Pisco to deliver a fun and intimate experience. Pisco is the national beverage of Peru and this masterclass shine's a spotlight on the hotel's signature Peruvian restaurant UMA.
Available every Thursday throughout August, bring some friends and enjoy this experience for $45 per person.

- Pisco Sour Masterclass is available every Thursday throughout August (01, 08, 15, 22 and 29 August), and is subject to availability.
- Bookings for the Pisco Sour Masterclass are essential.
- The selection of wine for the 'Cheese and Wine Treat' are available from the Plateful Perth menu only. Cheese is as per the Chef's selection.
- UMA's opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 5:00pm until late.
