- Valid dates for booking and stays from 10 February 2026 to 31 December 2026.
- Rates are subject to 8% SST, Melaka Heritage Tax of MYR5 per room per night which is applicable to all guests, and Tourism Tax of MYR10 per room per night for non-Malaysian citizens only. Both fees will be collected upon check-in at the reception counter.
- Rate is for room only, blackout dates may apply.
- Prepayment in full is required at the time of booking.
- Reservations are subject to rate changes and room availability.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
- Prepayment is non-refundable should there be any no-show or cancellation once the booking is made. Amendment of dates is not allowed.
- Modify or cancel your booking up to 72 hours prior to your arrival.
