Corporate orders will be confirmed 72 hours after successful payment is made.
Terms and conditions
- All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of prevailing government taxes.
- Orders must be placed at least 72 hours before the collection date.
- Orders placed after 5 pm are considered as the next day’s order.
- Items are subject to availability upon receipt of the completed order request.
- Delivery charges are applicable and must be paid to the hotel prior to the actual delivery date. Delivery is applicable for purchases of 20 mooncake boxes and above only. The hotel will not be held responsible or liable for deliveries executed by third parties.
- Discounts are not applicable for delivery charges. Delivery to Sabah and Sarawak is not available.
- This offer is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotions, vouchers, privileges or discounts unless otherwise stated.
- Self-collection is available from our Mid-Autumn Mooncake counter at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur's Lobby at Level G daily from 11 am to 7 pm, from 15 July 2025 until 6 October 2025.
- Delivery and self-collection are available from 15 July 2025 until 6 October 2025.
- Items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
