- Rates for pre- and post-event dates will only apply if the stay dates include 23, 24, 25, 26, and/or 27 July 2026.
- All rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST), currently at 9%.
- Rooms and rates are subject to availability and black-out dates may apply.

- The Hotel will send a secure payment link to each individual guest’s email for prepayment of room charges by credit card prior to arrival.
- A charge of the full duration of stay will be applicable, should any cancellation / shortening of stay made less than 30 days prior to arrival, or no-show on the day of arrival.
- In the event of early departure, the full duration of stay will be charged accordingly.
