Crafted for discerning diners and curious food lovers alike, this exclusive buffet showcases a curated selection of wagyu dishes. Begin with the Aburi Wagyu Tataki Nigiri or the Wagyu Tartare, hand-chopped and seasoned with gochujang for a balanced yet flavourful start. At the carving station, savour tender Smoked Wagyu Striploin, or head to the Josper Grill for bolder flavours with the Wagyu Burger, Wagyu Galbi Skewer, and melt-in-your-mouth Japanese A5 Wagyu Cube Skewer.
For a playful twist, explore the Thai Massaman Wagyu Beef Cheek Curry, Wagyu Ramen, Steamed Wagyu Char Siew Bun, Hainanese Wagyu Oxtail Stew, or the Wagyu Makhani Pizza, where tender wagyu strips meet a luscious makhani sauce — a classic North Indian blend of tomatoes and warm spices — spread over a crisp, oven-baked crust.
