Available throughout VIVID and the Sydney Film Festival, this bar will feature special edition gin cocktails perfectly paired with a selection of premium cheeses, each priced at just AUD10.

Discover the Unexpected at this exclusive gin tasting night!
Join a group of 20 for a one-of-a-kind tasting experience, guided by an expert distiller who will lead you through the world of gin. Explore the Unexpected Guest Core 4 Range, paired with premium tonics and garnishes, and learn the secrets behind perfect flavour combinations.

Terms and Conditions
- The Pop-Up Bar is available from May 16 to June 15, operating daily from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the lobby of PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, Sydney.
- The bar is open to the public, and no bookings are required.
- For Meet The Distiller Night, bookings and prepayments are required. Cancellations made within three days (72 hours) of the scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund, and full charges will apply.
- No-shows for Meet The Distiller event will not be eligible for a refund.
