Rates are subject to prevailing government taxes, unless otherwise stated. 

Child Policy

No additional charges apply for children aged 12 years and below when sharing existing bedding. A surcharge of MYR 180.00 for a third person is added to the room account. Rollaway bed is only applicable for selected room types with maximum occupancy restrictions shall apply.

Rollaway Beds

Rollaway beds are available in certain room categories for an extra MYR180.00 nett, inclusive of one breakfast (subject to availability). 

Extra beds are only permitted in the following room types: Premier Ocean View King/Twin, Deluxe Ocean View Suite, Premier Ocean View Suite, Premier Ocean View Suite with Private Pool, and PARKROYAL Suite.

Baby Cot/Crib Hire

Breakfast Pricing

Buffet breakfast at CASSIA is at MYR 110.00 nett per adult and MYR 55.00 nett per child (aged 6 to 12 years old).

Parking Fee

Complimentary parking at PARKROYAL Langkawi Resort is available for in-house guests, subject to one vehicle per room, per stay.

Guarantee/Deposit policies may vary by rate, please check individual rates for specific guarantee/deposit policy. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible guestrooms, driveway ramp, and lift access on every floor. 

Smoking Rooms

Our resort is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is not permitted in any of our guest rooms or public areas, with the exception of a designated smoking area located on the ground floor, next to the Garden Ballroom.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled two days (local time) prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night's stay, excluding taxes. Cancellation policies may vary by rate, please check individual rates for specific cancellation policy. A no-show fee of 1 night's stay and taxes will apply.

Pet Policy

Only accessible to those age 18 years and above. Strictly no children allowed.
