Terms and conditions

• Valid for bookings from 18 December 2023 until 31 December 2024. 
• Short stay use between 7:00am until 7:00pm daily.
• Subject to availability between 7:00am and 9:00am, with guaranteed availability from 9:00am onwards.
• Modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to your arrival, for stays from 18 December 2023 until 31 December 2024.
• Accommodation cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee.
• Subject to availability at time of booking. 
• Not valid in conjunction with any other offers.
• Rates are in AUD and inclusive of GST.
• A merchant service fee of 1.25% for American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay and 3% for Diners and JCB will be applied to all credit card payments.
• In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
