Terms and Conditions
- For stays of 7-29 consecutive nights:
- Valid for stays and bookings until 31 December 2025.
- Minimum stay of 7 consecutive nights required
- Cancellation:
- No penalty with 48 hours’ notice prior to arrival
- 100% cancellation fee applies if reduced to less than 7 nights after check-in
- For stays of 8+ nights, 72 hours’ notice required for early departure; 1-night fee applies
- Credit card guarantee required at time of booking
- No cancellations or amendments within 72 hours of arrival
- Payment Terms:
- Full pre-payment for the first 7 nights due 72 hours before arrival
- Thereafter, payment must be made weekly, 7 days in advance
- Rooms will be serviced every 3 days (to be coordinated upon arrival)
- No additional discounts or offers apply
- Not valid for group bookings
- Rates are in AUD and inclusive of GST
- A 1.25% merchant fee applies to all credit card payments (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
- For stays of 30 consecutive nights or more:
- Valid for stays and bookings until 31 December 2025.
