Terms and Conditions
- For stays of 7-29 consecutive nights:
- Valid for stays and bookings until 31 December 2025.
- Rates are subject to change.
- Credit card guarantee required at time of booking.
- Full pre-payment will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival.
- No cancellations or amendments within 72 hours of arrival.
- If shortened to fewer than 7 nights, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
- For stays longer than 8 nights, any nights shortened will incur a 1-night cancellation fee.
- Shortening of stay after arrival requires 72 hours’ notice.
- No further discounts apply. Cannot be combined with any other offer.
- Offer not available for group bookings.
- Rates are in AUD and inclusive of GST.
- A merchant service fee of 1.25% for American Express, Visa, MasterCard and 3% for JCB applies to all credit card payments.
- Room servicing every 3 days, coordinated on arrival.
