The annual membership and 6-month lifestyle package includes:
- 20% savings on Best Available Rates.
- 10% savings on St.Gregory spa treatments.
- 10% saving on water sports activities.
- 20% saving on total food bills at Cinnamon Asian Kitchen, Gustoso, Gustoso By The Beach, Javana Lounge and Sunset Bar.
- Access to Zap Lab gymnasium, steam room, Jacuzzi, swimming pool and slides.
- Access to Amazonia Splash and Amazonia Kids' Club.
Terms and Conditions
- Package valid until 31 December 2025
- The Lifestyle Membership card is applicable at PARKROYAL Penang Resort, Malaysia only.
- The Lifestyle Membership and privileges are non-transferable.
- Membership benefits and privilages are not applicaton on the eve and day of public holidays and special occasions.
- This offer is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotions, voucher, privileges or discounts.
- Prior reservation for accommodation, dining and spa is required and subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply.
- Rooms and rates are subject to service charge, prevailing taxes, MYR3 Local Goverment fee per room per night and Tourism Tax of MYR10 per room per night for non-Malaysian guests will be charged upon check in.
- Valid membership card must be presented at the time of use, in order to obtain member benefits. Failure to present at the card would result in standard charges being applied.
- Offer is not valid for banquet events and purchases of beverages and tobacco.
- The Family Lifestyle card is for the exclusive use of the cardholder, any member found to be abusing this rule may have their membership cancelled.
- Membership and privileges are non-transferable.
- Membership fees are non-refundable regardless of closures or withdrawal of services at any venues.
- All membership applications and membership renewals are subject to approval by the management. The management reserves the right to refuse a membership renewal application upon expiry.
- General information about room bookings can be found at the Hotel Policy.
- Management reserves the right to terminate a membership if any member fails to comply with the terms and conditions of all associated facilities.
- Management reserves the right to amend and/or alter any of rules and regulations stipulated at any outlets or facilities as it deems necessary.
- The Resort reserves the right to change, alter or remove card benefits at any time to meet the needs of the service.
- The Resort reserves the right to change or amend promotional details, any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
