Our People & Community
We build an inclusive environment for our employees and local community.
At Pan Pacific Hotels Group, sustainability is woven into the way we design our spaces, manage resources, support our people, and engage with the communities around us. Through thoughtful hospitality, we invite our guests to be part of a more conscious way of travelling – one that respects the destinations we call home and helps shape a more sustainable future for all.
Our sustainability goals are guided by our three main pillars, namely Our People & Community, Our Environment, and Our Arts, Culture & Heritage.
We build an inclusive environment for our employees and local community.
From design to operations, we take practical steps to reduce environmental impact.
We curate memorable moments through inspiring local experiences.
We have made meaningful progress in advancing responsible hospitality and creating long-term impact across our portfolio. PPHG is the first hospitality group in Singapore and Oceania to achieve GSTC Multi-site Certification with 22 of our hotels, resorts and serviced suites in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, and United Kingdom achieving GSTC certification. PPHG will continue to achieve internationally recognised sustainability standards for the rest of our properties.
Across the Group, individual properties, too, attained notable accolades for environmental and operational excellence with all our Singapore portfolio attaining ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and BCA Green Mark certifications, reinforcing our dedication to green operations.
Beyond environmental stewardship, our sustainability efforts extend to social impact, inclusion, and art. With these efforts reflected through recognitions such as Enabling Mark (Platinum), Champion of Good, and Distinguished Patron of the Arts.
