• Eligible members will receive a one-time bonus of D$50 Promotional D$ upon completing their first eligible stay at any participating Pan Pacific Hotels Group brand at which they have not previously stayed during the 2026 calendar year.
  
  
• To qualify, members must register for the promotion, make a booking via panpacific.com or the Pan Pacific DISCOVERY mobile app, and complete a minimum two-night eligible stay between 1 September and 31 October 2026.
  
  
• The D$50 Promotional D$ bonus is awarded once per member, per brand. Additional stays at the same brand, including different properties within that brand, will not qualify for additional D$50 rewards.
  
  
• The eligible stays must be completed, and the member must be checked out on or before 31 October 2026 for the stays to be considered towards the promotion. 

1. Ongoing stays with a checkout date after 31 October 2026 will not be considered towards the promotion and consequently will not receive Promotional D$ for that stay under the Promotion. 
   
   
2. Eligible stays made prior to Registration will not be considered as qualified eligible stays towards the promotion, even if they are in the Promotional Stay period. 
   
   
3. Bookings made prior to 1 September 2026 will not be considered towards the promotion. 
   
   
4. Stays that are not booked on panpacific.com website or the Pan Pacific DISCOVERY mobile application will not receive Promotional D$. 
   
   
5. A qualified eligible stay under the Promotion must be a stay that meets the conditions above and is not at an Ineligible Rate (defined below): 
   • Third-party online retailer rates (e.g., Expedia.com, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Orbitz.com, Priceline, Travelocity.com) 
   • Tour series rates, tour operator packages and charter rates 
   • Room rates for airline staff and crew where rooms are pre-booked and paid for by the airline directly 
   • Travel-industry staff rates 
   • Other discounted rates 
   • Complimentary, free, traded, or bartered night stays, or stays in connection with gift certificates or other awards or vouchers 
     
     
6. Bookings that include multiple rooms will be counted and considered as a single stay and rewarded only once.

• Qualifying Overnight Stay: 5 Entries per stay 

• Ten (10) Winners: D$5,000 Credit applied directly to the member's Pan Pacific DISCOVERY account. Promotional D$ awarded as a Grand Prize will carry an extended validity of 12 months from the date of issuance. 
• Ten (10) Winners: Lifetime Titanium Status, granting the highest public tier of Pan Pacific DISCOVERY membership permanently, subject to standard programme term.

Global Hotel Alliance utilises strict digital tracking controls and fraud audits to coordinate and prevent "credit farming," duplicate member accounts, or fraudulent manipulation of on-property QR codes. Any member account flagged for artificial entry velocity or non-compliant behaviour will be disqualified and deleted instantly.
