The Role

The F&B Service Ambassador is responsible for providing food and beverage service to guests in our Mosella Restaurant that serves modern Mediterranean cuisine in a manner consistent with the restaurant’s service standards.

Our Expectations:

  • Clean soiled items on the table and bringing soiled dishes to the stewarding area. Set-up tables and replenish mise en place at the side station.
  • Ensure that silverware is clean, stock the silverware trays to capacity in each side station. Remove any damaged silverware and return it to the stewarding department.
  • Prepare chilled forks and plates as required and prepare table side service carts and ice bins in service stations.
  • Set-up water station and water pitchers, prepare ice buckets and ice bucket stand.
  • Ensure table is ready for service and maintain tables; clear and reset tables.
  • Receive, write, pick-up and serve all food and beverage items.
  • Receive all incoming reservations from the guests and ensure that reservations are accurately registered in the system.
  • Lift and carry loaded trays, bus tubs and dish racks by making sure that trays, bus tubs and dish racks are loaded properly.
  • Bus soiled dishes to the dish room and handle soiled restaurant linen.
  • Perform closing side work and cleaning duties.
  • Good knowledge of the liquor brands and categories, knows the alcoholic beverage terms and standard drink abbreviations to make beverage recommendations to the guests.
  • Has basic food preparation terms and be able to engage and recommend to guests.
 

Talent Profile

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with at least 1 year of service experience in F&B with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should have an eye for detail and enjoys interacting with guests. If you have relevant experience, write in to have a chat with us!
