• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager in the hotel industry, specifically in corporate sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of industry trends and a network of corporate contacts is advantageous.
