The culture created at each property is one of supporting local communities through donations and volunteer time. Day to day practices of the PanEarth program work towards minimizing our overall impact on the environment.

At Pan Pacific, we are committed to providing genuine care, unique innovation and having customized services available. Our PanEarth program helps to enhance the experience that our guests encounter at all of our North American properties.

Guests are given the option to reduce their environmental footprint through various practices such as recycling and amenity donations while still receiving the ultimate in service and product experience.

The Zero Impact Practices at Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle offer guests the option of balancing the environmental impact of their meetings and events.

Meetings & Events

Whether it is a board meeting or a wedding, Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle tries to make minimizing the environmental impact of your event as easy as possible. Working with Seattle-based OneEnergy Renewables, we have developed various event options to help make your event carbon neutral. These options take into account the number of people attending your event, facility use, catering and local travel.

When you offset your event with the Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle you will receive an acknowledgement certificate, which you can display at your event, and/or at your organization.  Please contact our sales and catering team at 206 654 5005 or email to learn more about our PanEarth Events.

By choosing one of our Zero Impact event options, you are supporting the generation of clean wind energy (with Renewable Energy Certificates, or RECs) and carbon reductions (verified by the Climate Action Reserve).
